Return Policy Details

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- BATHROOM items
- KITCHEN & BENTO items
Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective.
All PLUSH items must be returned with their original tags attached to be eligible for return.
