We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Here’s what you need to know about getting your kawaii goodies:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: $12.95
  • Includes tracking information
• Free Shipping (via EMS):
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your kawaii purchases! If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help:

Return Policy Details

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• BATHROOM items
• KITCHEN & BENTO items

Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective.

All PLUSH items must be returned with their original tags attached to be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
   • Your order number
   • Reason for return
   • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack item securely in original packaging (include all accessories and tags)
4. Include the completed return form we provide
5. Ship to our return address (provided in instructions)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

• Timing: Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
• Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

• The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order
• If you prefer us to process the exchange, note it may take additional time
• Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Include photos of the damage and your order number
• We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund!
