📦 Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note about non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on BATHROOM and KITCHEN & BENTO items unless they arrive damaged or defective. All PLUSH items must be returned with their original tags attached.

💸 Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
